• Jen, at a young age, had parents who recognized her innate talent for drawing. Heavily influenced by her grandfather's library of personal sketchbooks, she focused on realism, figurative work, and portraiture. Jen earned her BFA from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2001. Once working in mainly graphite and pastel, she has expanded to watercolor and acrylic in a wide range of subject matter. After a successful career in fashion, Jen returned to her hometown of Richmond, happily balancing raising her two children with creating art.
