Did you open an Ethan Allen Platinum Card account with TD Bank before Feb. 2, 2026? Here are some answers to commonly asked questions about what comes next.

Can I still make purchases with my TD Bank-issued Platinum Card?

You can use your TD Bank-assigned Platinum Card in all Design Centers until March 20, 2026. No new purchases or authorizations will be permitted after this point. Contact your local Design Center for details.

We can no longer accept this card for online purchases. If you’d like to use our latest financing options† to make an online purchase today, or to make an in-store purchase on or after your Design Center’s final acceptance date, it’s quick and easy to apply online for the new Ethan Allen Platinum Credit Card issued by Comenity Bank.

You can also work with your Ethan Allen designer to apply for the new Ethan Allen Platinum Credit Card—just ask them for details.

Why do I have to replace my TD Bank-issued card?

TD Bank is in the process of discontinuing the old Ethan Allen Platinum Card program; you should receive a letter in the mail reflecting this change. No new purchases will be allowed after March 20, 2026.

We anticipate having all outstanding orders delivered for TD cardholders by May 31, 2026. If you made a down payment with your TD Bank-issued Platinum Card in the Design Center, the remainder of your purchase will be charged to your TD account at the time of delivery. After May 31, 2026, your TD Bank-issued Platinum Card account will be closed, although if you carry a balance, you will continue to receive monthly statements.

I still have a balance on my TD Bank-issued Platinum Card. What should I do?

  • You will receive your monthly billing statements until your account is paid in full. Minimum monthly payments are required each month until your balance is paid in full. Your payment due date can be found on your statement.
  • The terms and conditions in your Cardholder Agreement will apply until your account balance is paid in full.
  • After May 31, 2026, you can continue to make payments online via MyTDFinancing.com/EthanAllen, by phone at 1-800-301-4574, or by mail at the address shown at the bottom of your billing statement: TD Retail Card Services, P.O. Box 100245, Columbia, SC 29202-3245. Please include your remit payment stub and make checks payable to TD Retail Card Services.
