Matthew Van Gundy

With more than 20 years of experience, Matthew brings a unique background to his clients and work. His degree in film and television production, focused on set design and art direction, enables him to draw upon a rich spectrum of knowledge in creating spaces.

Matthew's work is both a career but a lifelong passion: he is currently working on his fourth historic Kansas City home. He shares, “Finding the right balance between the historic details and the modern luxuries is really my labor of love!”

Matthew also loves gardening, spending time with his dachshunds, attending car shows, and traveling. His hands-on experience, education, and decades of work will benefit both his clients and their projects.
