Climate‑related risks and opportunities are incorporated into Ethan Allen’s broader risk management and strategic planning processes. During 2025, the Company completed its first Climate-Related Financial Risk Report to fulfill the requirements of California Senate Bill 261, as amended by Senate Bill 219. The document reflects the outcome of the climate risk assessment conducted across Ethan Allen’s operations in California. The risks and opportunities presented reflect the most material factors relevant to Ethan Allen's business model and operating footprint. The report structure follows IFRS S2 and incorporates the Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosure’s pillars: Governance, Strategy, Risk Management, and Metrics & Targets.
