The saleswoman/designer on line was great. The delivery men were very nice and quick. The only problem was that the delivery man stabilized one of the bookcases, but not the other 2. I didn't notice it until they were gone. I'm too old to get on the floor and fix the wobble. I will eventually.

I was reluctant to purchase an expensive sectional site unseen, but worked with a designer, Karen, through the chat. I was able to describe our needs and she sent me samples. The couch meets our needs perfectly, and arrived early. It was pricey, but I believe it will hold up over time.
