- Marble Gray is an opaque light gray painted finish, with a warm light-brown undercoat and a high sheen on maple veneer. Paint crackle and a dark glaze dry brushed across the surface give it a time worn effect. The physical distressing includes highly worn edges and corners, heavy random peck marks, rasping and hand planing. It has heavy rub-through on the corners, edges, and raised areas, allowing the light-brown undercoat to show through giving it a highly worn, vintage appearance.
