- Grey Locks is a mid-grey stain with a white glaze that hangs up in the open oak grain. The low sheen gives it a weathered look that is enhanced by distressing, both on the wood and at the finish level. The finish distressing includes moderate spatter, hand padding, and dry brushing. The physical distressing includes softened corners and edges, wire brushing, random light peck marks, and random light rasping.
