- Meticulously torn bits of hand-painted papers, delicately put together, form the exceptionally vibrant collages that artist Elizabeth St. Hilaire creates. Her work has won numerous contests, including earning an honorable mention in Artists Magazine’s 2011 Annual Art Contest and a first place finish in Collage/Mixed Media for their 2010 All Media Contest.
