Log on to www.ethanallen.com by June 30, 2009 to become an ethanallen.com member and receive 500 points good toward future qualifying purchases. Already a member? Log on by June 30, 2009 to receive 500 points good toward future qualifying purchases. Each point equals $1.00 and is redeemable (limits apply) toward future qualifying purchases; up to 5% of the total qualifying purchase price, excluding taxes and delivery charges, if any. The maximum redemption value is $500 and is valid only against future qualifying purchases. The points have no cash value. The points must be redeemed by August 31, 2009 and are not valid on prior purchases, gift card purchases, payments on account or on your Ethan Allen Finance Plus Card and can not be converted to cash. Rewards can not be redeemed with other promotions or limited-time offers. Points may not be valid on clearance or warehouse sale items, see your local Design Center for details. Minimum purchase requirement is $100 excluding taxes and delivery charges, if any. Unless your order is cancelled within the 72 hour cancellation period, points will not be reinstated. Should the item be cancelled after the 72 hour cancellation period or returned by you, points will not be reinstated.

Example One: Customer has a total qualifying purchase of $10,000, excluding taxes. Customer has 500 points and can use the points for up to 5% of the purchase price ($10,000 × .05 = $500.00). Customer may use all of the 500 points against that qualifying purchase. No points will remain.

Example Two: Customer has a total qualifying purchase of $5000, excluding taxes. Customer has 500 points and can use the points for up to 5% of the purchase price ($5,000 × .05 = $250.00). Customer may use only 250 points against that qualifying purchase. The remaining 250 points may be toward future qualifying purchases made on or before August 31, 2009.

After applying, a membership number will be assigned and sent to you at the email address provided. You are eligible to redeem your points once you receive this membership number. Points are nontransferable and are valid and may be redeemed only at www.ethanallen.com or participating retailers in the United States and Canada. This offer is void where prohibited by law. In event of fraud or abuse or the allegation thereof, Ethan Allen has the right to take appropriate administrative or legal action including termination of membership and forfeiture of any points.

Only individuals are eligible for points. Corporations, organizations, groups and/or associated entities are not eligible for points. Employees of Ethan Allen and their immediate family members are not eligible for points.

Membership

Becoming an EthanAllen.com member is voluntary and is subject to terms and conditions as may be adopted by Ethan Allen Global, Inc. and/or its subsidiaries ("Ethan Allen”), in its discretion, from time to time. Membership benefits include access to “My Projects” design boards, “favorites” clippings, floor plans and other images, along with preference settings in their member account. Ethan Allen makes no representation or warranty, actual or implied, that these benefits, including saved items will be continuously available or recoverable in the event of data loss and in any event upon termination of membership, for any reason, such items will immediately cease being available.
