We were very happy with our recent purchase of a couch from this store. There was a wide variety of styles, fabric, and options, and we felt the cost was reasonable for a high quality piece of furniture. We were pleased with the delivery communication and the delivery and set up itself. We would definitely shop here again.

as usual expert timely clean delivery of quality service. for this delivery all my furniture was to big to fit through doors and opening and it was dismantled and put together once inside my hosue and you would never know it came in pieces.

The store is very nice. Staff was friendly and not judgemental or pushy. We just stopped in as we happened upon the store. It is not for the light of pocketbooks as it is pricey, but the quality of what you are paying for. They have rooms set up, so it is possible to see how the items would fit in a room. The furniture quality is great, the price is on the higher side, the shopping experience was fun and informative. The white glove delivery did not disappoint, my delivery date was pushed back by about a month, which was fine by me since we had no plans on hosting for the holidays. All in all we are happy with our purchase and will be returning to Ethan Allen in the future.

Karen Luechau was our designer. She was SO helpful and knowledgeable. She completely came out of her way to measure my family room (on her day off!). She was not pushy at all instead, very honest. We are so excited for our new leather sectional! Can’t wait for it to come in. Thank you, Karen!

EA is a class act all the way around. My designer Jerry was terrific in helping me select furniture and fabrics and they didn’t pressure me to take delivery until I was ready. Their customer service reacted quickly to a small issue I had as well. A total pleasure to deal with from start to finish!
