Items delivered by UPS may only be returned if they are damaged or defective, or if it is unused and unopened. Partially used rolls and opened rolls are not returnable. Most merchandise that is resaleable can be returned within 30 days upon delivery. All returns of resaleable wallcoverings carry a 25% restocking charge and the cost for return freight.
