Angela at Ethan Allen is the greatest! During the visit from Hurricane Ian a big old tree fell on our home. The huge bang caused one bracket on the drapery rod to break. No problem! I just go to my trusty Ethan Allen folder and order a new one. Not so fast, they don't make that one anymore.
