Dawn let us know right up front that it might take three months to get our new bed. She wasn’t going to waste our time if we thought that too long to wait. We appreciated her honesty. She kept us informed along the way and then surprised us with a delivery six weeks earlier than we expected. She was a pleasure to work with.
