We loved working with Tanya on our new sofa and two area rugs. She was very helpful in picking out the fabric for sofa and the rugs. She drove 2 hours to see our home and brought all the samples for me to see in my home. Any other design question I had she would happily answer all my questions. I’m so glad we went to Ethan Allen! 5 stars for the delivery crew, Louis and Arthur. They just delivered a heavy dresser up a tricky flight of stairs. They were on time and went straight to business. I really appreciated their courtesy and professionalism. The delivery fees through Ethan Allen are excessive. However, if a big percentage of the money goes to the crew, I can feel better about paying it. Great job, Louis and Arthur!

Very beautiful store and high quality furniture. Tanya was super helpful with ordering and explaining details about the furniture. Turnaround time is also very quick, we received our furniture very quickly, it’s beautiful and excellent quality. Highly recommend this store and will definitely come back!

Tanya was great to work with! Very helpful with choosing fabrics, wood color, etc. The furniture is beautiful, solid, and very well-made. There were some shipping delays due to Covid, etc but Tanya was great about letting us know what was going on and when we could expect our deliveries. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase!

We were very impressed with the service we got from Ethan Allen. Due to covid there have been shipping delays. We needed the bed in a hurry and Ethan Allen gave us the display/floor bed until we receive the bed we ordered.

We love Ethan Allen quality and the store and consultant did a great job with our order of some new furniture pieces. Unfortunately (no fault of store) the time from order to delivery was around 6 months because of Covid, I am assuming. You need patience when dealing with Ethan Allen, as nothing is quickly manufactured or delivered......
