The same designer/salesperson handled two different transactions in a month. She was very good and knowledgeable about the products. I was kept informed about delivery dates, which were earlier than originally estimated. I first purchased Ethan Allen products twenty five years ago which I still have and love, i love the new safa and chairs.

We have pruchased Ethan allen prevuiously and have been very satisfied with the experience. This time again, Ethan Allen met all of our expectations when we purchased new tables, lamps, chairs and material to have our sofa and love seat reupholstered. Very good quality furniture but outdated. Unless that's your taste in furniture.

UPDATE: while we had a great experience with purchasing our couch, we went back to work with her to purchase blinds and it was a disaster. It was a long lead time because nothing was in stock (not her fault) but her follow up and follow through were terrible.
