The chairs that I purchased are as high-quality as furniture that I used to purchase in the Merchandise Mart. The lead time was SO quick I hesitate to mention it (much less than what I was quoted) so fast that the shipping and delivery took longer. I have a beautiful sofa from Ethan Allen that had started to sag after years of use. I called Ethan Allen to see if repair was possible. Gail referred me to a repair person who did a fabulous job fixing the problem. She could have told me the sofa was beyond repair and sold me a new one.
