We placed a custom order with the Puente Hills store back in January 2022 with our stylist Zairan Li She told us up front it would take 4 to six months, which seemed like a long time, however Zairan Li kept me posted on the status of each item as the order progressed. Great quality and service at the Puente Hills Ethan Allen store. Kimberly, our designer, was friendly, helpful and provided lots of great information. We were given a timeline at the outset for the building and delivery of our dining room table and the timeline was spot on. The delivery scheduler and the crew were all terrific! We love our new table!

I ordered a quick ship sofa with the help of the Industry store's Jennifer Fong. Sofa was delivered quickly (faster than even expected), perfectly, plus Jennifer was super patient and helpful.
