I was greeted by a courteous and friendly lady at the reception desk. As I walked around to see what they had, I was greeted by a designer, who listened to what I was looking for, and helped me go through some possibilities, and I could go home with some printed materials that would help me make a final decision on my selections. I am now completely satisfied with our new bed and chest!
