The staff at the Loveland location- Stanna - helped resolve our bedding problem with their personal service and advise. Emily at customer service went beyond the call of duty to resolve our problem that was caused bythe Princeton NJ location. Ethan Allen- Loveland- stands behind their products even when purchased at another location.
