Please note that we do not accept any returns on upholstery orders. We offer complimentary design service, so please contact a design consultant with questions before you place an order.
Product use and care
Vacuum regularly to remove dust. Although you won’t see it as you do on a tabletop, dust settles on your upholstery and can soil and abrade it if not removed regularly. We recommend vacuuming with an appropriate tool once a week.
To minimize premature wear of the cushion core, control welt slippage, and maintain even fabric color, turn, fluff, and rotate seat cushions and back pillows weekly, regardless of use.
Do not remove cushion covers for separate dry cleaning or washing, even though they have zippers. Blot (do not rub) all spills immediately with a clean dry white cloth. Spot clean according to the instructions on the label located on or under the seating deck.

We currently ship to destinations within the 48 contiguous United States. We regret that we cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, APO or FPO addresses, or to international locations.
All orders are subject to review. Special services and remote location deliveries—such as island deliveries requiring ferry service—will be quoted and coordinated by our Internet Service Center professionals.
Home delivery is scheduled by appointment. Once your item(s) arrive at the Ethan Allen service location, a client services representative will call you to schedule your in-home delivery appointment.
Many items ship via UPS ground service. In-stock items should arrive at your home within 7 business days of receipt of your order. However, some items require additional handling time. If this applies to your item(s), it will be noted on the product detail page(s).

Items delivered via our Premier Home Delivery service:
When your order is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email that includes contact information for the Ethan Allen Service Center that will complete your in-home delivery.
If the original estimated delivery time frame changes, your local Design Center or our Internet Service Center will contact you to provide updated information. When your order arrives at our Service Center, a client services representative will contact you to schedule your in-home delivery appointment. If you have any questions regarding the status of your item(s), please contact your local Design Center or our Internet Service Center and a client services professional will be happy to assist you.
In-home delivery items are unpacked, inspected, and prepared prior to delivery and will be set up in your home. We regret that we cannot install electronic equipment in our furniture. Delivery time may be extended for remote locations more than 75 miles from a Design Center.
Measuring for your furniture delivery
Prior to placing your order, it is important that you consider where the items will be placed, and any potential delivery obstacles. It is important that your furniture be able to be delivered through all entryways, elevators and up or down any stairways. Measure the height and width of your entryways, including staircases, hallways, elevator doors and interiors. Make note of any fixtures, decorative moldings, and interior walls, ceiling heights, stairwells and banisters that may be obstacles once items are inside. Consider the furniture to be delivered and determine if it can go straight through entryways or if it will have to go in at an angle or on end.
Before purchasing products; be sure to consider windows, closets, heating vents and electrical outlets within the room. We strongly recommend using our room planner to plot your furniture placement. Be sure to include all items you plan to purchase, and include smaller items such as accent tables, benches, and ottomans as they have a space impact in any room.
Measure your electronics and components
Measure your television and other components that you would like to place inside of your furniture. You should measure your television, or the television you intend to purchase, before you purchase the furniture you plan to house it in or on and have the outside dimensions available in width, depth, and height. This is very important as, for example a 48" (122 cm) television may be more than 48" (122 cm) wide overall.
