Handcrafted in our American workshops. Originally fixtures in old monastery dining halls, refectory tables eventually became popular furnishings for castle banquet halls during the late Middle Ages. Our Sayer table's generous size, rugged and dramatic planked top, and stylized "open pedestal" legs were inspired by refectory table design. Also available as an extension top (256104).
