Chad proves it’s hip to be square. This well-proportioned cube provides extra seating in a stylish flash. A duo dressed in red and white ticking stripes plays well with other linear patterns and checks in the HGTV® Dream Home 2014 Kids’ Bedroom, where Dream Home interior designer Linda Woodrum turns pattern play into child’s play.
Composition and Construction
Engineered Hardwood frame construction allows for greater durability and strength. Mortise and tenon joints have replaced traditional dowel construction used in frame construction. The mortise (hole or slot) is cut into one member and the tenon or tongue from the adjoining piece fits tightly so that, when glued, these joints act as if the wood has grown together. This method of interlocking joinery provides greater stability with fewer joints. Frames are constructed of 7-ply engineered hardwood panels for increased strength and durability. Frames are glued and stapled.
Webbing construction is used for firm seating comfort in narrow style platforms. Minimal cushioning provides firm yet comfortable seating support.
The upholstered tight seat is constructed of a polyurethane foam and polyester fiber for a clean, tailored appearance and firm seating.

Upholstery products are non-returnable
Please note that we do not accept any returns on upholstery orders. We offer complimentary design service, so please contact a design consultant with questions before you place an order.
Product use and care
Vacuum regularly to remove dust. Although you won’t see it as you do on a tabletop, dust settles on your upholstery and can soil and abrade it if not removed regularly. We recommend vacuuming with an appropriate tool once a week.
To minimize premature wear of the cushion core, control welt slippage, and maintain even fabric color, turn, fluff, and rotate seat cushions and back pillows weekly, regardless of use.
Do not remove cushion covers for separate dry cleaning or washing, even though they have zippers. Blot (do not rub) all spills immediately with a clean dry white cloth. Spot clean according to the instructions on the label located on or under the seating deck.

Many items ship via UPS ground service. In-stock items should arrive at your home within 7 business days of receipt of your order. However, some items require additional handling time. If this applies to your item(s), it will be noted on the product detail page(s).

When your order is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email. We estimate that in-stock items will arrive at your home within 7 business days of receipt of your order. Items delivered via our Premier Home Delivery service:
When your order is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email that includes contact information for the Ethan Allen Service Center that will complete your in-home delivery.
If the original estimated delivery time frame changes, your local Design Center or our Internet Service Center will contact you to provide updated information. When your order arrives at our Service Center, a client services representative will contact you to schedule your in-home delivery appointment. If you have any questions regarding the status of your item(s), please contact your local Design Center or our Internet Service Center and a client services professional will be happy to assist you.
In-home delivery items are unpacked, inspected, and prepared prior to delivery and will be set up in your home. We regret that we cannot install electronic equipment in our furniture. Delivery time may be extended for remote locations more than 75 miles from a Design Center.
