Perks Terms and Conditions
Perks are nonrefundable, nontransferable, and may be redeemed only at participating Design Centers in the United States and Canada or, if specified, at ethanallen.com. They are not redeemable for cash. Offers are void where prohibited by law. Ethan Allen reserves the right to take any and all administrative or legal action, including termination of membership and/or the forfeiture of Perks. Only individuals are eligible for the Perks program. Corporations, organizations, groups, and/or associated entities are not eligible, nor are employees of Ethan Allen and their immediate families. Perks may not be applied to Ethan Allen Contract purchases. Perks may not be combined with any other offer or savings event. Product returns are governed by the terms and conditions of sale. In the event of a return, no refunds/credits for Perks will be given.
Perks may be subject to tax liability, which is the sole responsibility of the member. Ethan Allen reserves the right at any time without notice to modify, suspend, or cancel the Perks program, membership, its benefits, and/or any applicable terms and conditions. The taxable amount of your final purchase will be the item price less the net Perk value (Perk redemption amount less the cost of the Perk, if any).
Becoming an ethanallen.com member is voluntary and is subject to ethanallen.com Terms and Conditions and such other terms and conditions as may be adopted by Ethan Allen Global, Inc. and/or its subsidiaries ("Ethan Allen”). Membership benefits include access to myprojects design boards, favorites clippings, floor plans, and other images, along with preference settings in the member account. Ethan Allen makes no representation or warranty, actual or implied, that these benefits will be continuously available or recoverable in the event of data loss; upon termination of membership for any reason, the program and benefits will immediately cease to be available.
